Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or hire CrewCall Sites ("we") to build a website. A project-specific agreement or invoice may add details; if it conflicts with these terms, the project agreement wins.

Free previews

A free preview is a working draft of a website built at no cost and with no obligation. You can decline it for any reason. Until you buy, the preview and its design remain ours, and we take it down on request.

Scope and revisions

Each plan includes the pages and features listed on our pricing page at the time you approve. Before launch, you can request unlimited revisions to the design, copy and layout of those pages. New pages, new features or major changes in direction are quoted before we build them.

Payment

The one-time build fee is due when you approve the site to go live. Care plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Add-ons are billed as quoted.

Ownership

Once the build fee is paid in full, you own the website's content, design and files. Your domain is always registered in your name. We may show the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the logos, photos, reviews and text you give us. You're responsible for the accuracy of business claims such as licenses, certifications, warranties and pricing shown on your site.

Hosting and third parties

Sites are hosted on Cloudflare. Some features rely on third-party services (for example review widgets, booking tools, financing partners or ad platforms). We're not responsible for outages or changes made by those providers, but we'll help you work around them.

No guaranteed results

We build sites designed to bring in calls and rank in local search, but we can't guarantee specific rankings, lead counts or revenue. Those depend on your market, your reviews and many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim.
